Teams: Plainfield South, Naperville Central, Benet, Joliet Catholic, Lake Forest, Lemont, Yorkville.
Scoring—6,4,3,2,1 / 6,4,2 (for relays) Awards – Top 3 in each event and a team plaque to 1st place team.
Schedule of Events (F/S precede Varsity) (Slow heats followed by fast heats, based on your seed times)

4x800 Relay-- Two team entries per level
55 Meter Dash -- Unlimited entries
55 High Hurdles -- Five entries per level
3200 Meter Run -- Five entries per level
800 Meter Run -- Five entries per level
4x200 Relay -- Two team entries per level
400 Meter Dash -- Five entries per level
1600 Meter Run -- Unlimited entries
200 Meter Dash -- Five entries per level.
4x400 Relay -- Two team entries per level.
Field Events
9:00 a.m.
Shot Put -- Unlimited entries
Long Jump -- Five entries per level
Pole Vault -- Five entries per level
High Jump -- Five entries per level
Triple Jump-- Five entries per level
Attention— In the 3200 and 1600 please help count your athlete’s laps. In the 55M Dash, we will have unlimited entries. To keep the meet moving along, we will only record times for the four fastest heats in the 55 Meter Dash. But, the athletes will still receive their time from the timers.
Spikes—1/8 inch spikes are allowed ONLY on the Blue Track. PLEASE, NO SPIKES ON THE INFIELD OR OUTSIDE OF THE FIELDHOUSE.
Bathrooms—Bathrooms are available outside the fieldhouse. Water fountains are in the field house.
***Locker rooms will not be available. Please arrive in uniforms.
Please no food or drinks in the fieldhouse.
Athletes—Athletes are asked to stay in the assigned camp areas and to warm-up on the outside lanes.
Workers—Each team will be asked to provide two adult field event workers.
Pole Vault—All vaulters will weigh-in as described by new by-laws.
Entries— PLEASE SUBMIT ALL ENTIRES on our SteepleWeb website: www.cougarrunning.org by Wednesday (9:00pm), February 9th, 2016 by e-mail jcrowe@psd202.org. Also please e-mail me the name of two adult workers (coaches) and preference of his/her field event to work.
